Materials development

We develop new materials in anticipation of customer needs, selecting and proposing the best materials to fulfill customer's demand .

Meanwhile, we conduct research on the themes of eco-friendly, energy-saving, and resource-recycling to address common problems to all humankind in terms of material development.

1. Material of the plastic injection molding products: PA, ABS, PMMA, PP, POM, PP, PE, PC, PBT, PA, PSU, TPU, TPE, etc.

2. Material of the synthetic rubber: Polychloroprene (CR), Polyisoprene (IR), EPDM, Nitrile (NBR), HNBR, Butyl (IIR), Natural rubber (NR) Polysiloxanes (Silicone), SBR, FPM and etc. For more detailed material performance characteristics, please click here.

We deploy our wealth of experience and test data to support your product and die design. We will will do the DFM study and proposals will address deformation using Computer Aided Engineering, such as moldflow analysis to improve and support the mold structure design that meet the needs of every customers'special requirements at minimum cost and time.
